Mail: Mailing address (and telephone number) are shown on the home page. Payment by check or money order made payable to William C. Kleese. Arizona residents add 9% sales tax. Orders from outside the U.S.A. payment by international money order or postal money order in U.S. dollars. Personal checks drawn on foreign banks not accepted. Shipping: U.S.A. - Merchandise will be shipped via UPS and a street address is needed; minimum charge per shipment is $4.95. Other than U.S.A. - Merchandise will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service; a full address is needed; minimum charge per shipment is $9.95. In all cases, the customer will be billed if packaging and shipping costs are more than minimum, or a credit memo will be issued if the costs are less than minimum. Refunds: Incorrect merchandise may be returned for full refund or credit. Unwanted merchandise in new condition may be returned for 90% of the purchase price, if returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Special Services: (1) Additional specific information about a book may be obtained by requesting a photocopy of the table of contents. Send the catalog number, title of the book, and a self-addressed stamped envelope for reply. International reply coupons are requested from other-than U.S.A. customers. (2) We offer a search service for used and out-of-print books and family histories. Submit the title, author, publisher and date if known; submit the principal family name for family histories. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope for reply.
